New Editorial Story For Beauty Scene Magazine
Photographer Eric Hason recently shot a stunning spring editorial for Beauty Scene Magazine, featuring Brazilian model Fer Zilio from Ford Models New York. This was Fer's first photo shoot in New York City, and the team created a beautiful and unique aesthetic for the shoot.
Stylist Kara Ewin wanted to showcase the latest sunglasses from iconic brands, and paired them with feminine dresses to create a beautiful beauty story. However, rather than shooting in a studio, Hason suggested using his Brooklyn backyard as the location, giving the shoot an edgy and urban garden party feel.
The team worked together seamlessly to bring the vision to life. Hair stylist Miller Brackett and makeup artist Aya Iwakami created the perfect looks to complement the sunglasses and dresses. The sunglasses used in the shoot were from Gucci, Chloe, Emilio Pucci, Saint Laurent, Ted Baker, and Chloe, while the dresses were from Elmadawy New York, FRANCINI K, Unblemished by Cherice, Magdolna Veronika, Eve-Couture, represented by showroom Flying Solo.
The images from the shoot are truly stunning, capturing Fer's natural beauty and the unique aesthetic of the shoot. The juxtaposition of the urban setting and the feminine clothing and accessories creates a beautiful contrast, and the use of natural light in the backyard mixed with strobe adds an organic and dreamy and hard edge quality to the images.
Overall, this spring editorial is a perfect example of how creativity and collaboration can produce stunning results. Eric Hason, Fer Zilio, Kara Ewin, Miller Brackett, Aya Iwakami, and the rest of the team should be proud of the beautiful work they created together. We can't wait to see what they come up with next!
